10.000 B.C. INDUSTRIALIZED

The question of the readability of material and its role as a projection surface for contents of meaning has given rise to artworks consisting of bone ornaments coated with epoxy resin.

And yet, it is not so much the reactualisation of the "vanitas" idea that is in the foreground as the question of our own positioning in nature, in the cycle of blooming and withering. However, rather than wishing to formulate a message, the artist wants to stimulate self-questioning within the viewer.

Are nature and culture confronting each other as antipodes in perpetual discord, or does culture finally find its place in its constant emerging from nature?
